Check-in is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. After the reception closing time,
it will still be possible to access the facility thanks to the night guard service.
In the event of an early arrival, it is still possible to check in and
access the facility while waiting for your assigned accommodation.
Check-out is expected by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pets are allowed in a selection of the residence’s accommodations. They may also have access to the outdoor areas and the restaurant area, while they may not have access to the swimming pool area and the Bagno Oasi beach .
It is necessary to declare the presence of the pet at the moment of reservation. Depending on the period of stay, an extra charge will be made.

Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge in the common areas of the residence such as: reception hall, indoor and outdoor restaurant areas, swimming pool area, playground area.

Unless provided for and specified by any current offers, bed linen and towels are not included. However, it is possible to hire them on request when booking or at reception.

The residence is approximately 800 meters in a straight line from the sea and about 1.5 km from the Bagno Oasi beach resort, with which we have a partnership.
To reach Bagno Oasi, guests can take advantage of the free shuttle service that runs between the residence and the beach every 15 minutes.
Alternatively, if you choose to drive to the beach resort, a public paid parking area is available, as well as a free private parking lot (subject to availability).

The kitchenette in our accommodations is equipped with cookware and tableware for meal preparation and table setting (plates, glasses, etc.).
Table linens (tablecloths, napkins, etc.) and cleaning supplies/detergents for housekeeping are not provided.
